Tickets

I didn’t receive my tickets or lost them, what now?

Tickets will be sent to your email address right after all tickets in your order have been personalized. The main buyer of the tickets will receive all the tickets. Check the step-by-step guide for personalizing your tickets here! Didn’t receive them or lost them? Go to this page, enter your email address and you will receive your tickets again.

I did not receive my ticket(s) or I lost them. What can I do?

Tickets are sent immediately after the personalization has been completed. Did you not receive your personalization link, tickets or did you lose them? Go to https://account.paylogic.com/i-lost-my-tickets and receive your tickets/personalization link again!

Still can’t find them? You might have used a wrong email address or made a typo. Please contact Paylogic customer service so they can change this.

Two entrances

Please pay attention: Dominator has two different entrances, entrance Red and entrance Green. Make sure to remember via which entrance you have entered the festival, since you need to leave the festival through the same entrance that you have entered it with.

Please note for all Friday visitors: on Friday, only entrance B (green) is open. You will enter and exit the festival through this entrance.

Wedding chapel

Have you always wanted to experience what it’s like to get married? This is your chance! Visit the wedding chapel at the festival site and get your (unofficial) certificate.

Opening hours

Friday – 02:00 PM till 05:00 PM CEST

Saturday – 01:00 PM till 04:00 PM CEST.

Recycle chip

We work with a deposit system on all cups, cans and bottles we hand out at the bar during all our events. In order to recycle everything we hand out, we want to collect as much as possible. This way, we keep the event clean together and we make sure there is no trash on the ground.

How does this work? You will receive a recycle chip at the entrance for free. Pay attention: this chip isn’t a token you can use to pay for beverages. It has no value and can only be used for the deposit.

First round? Hand in your recycle chip during your order at the bar;
Next round? Take your empty cup/bottle to the bar and exchange it when you order your new drink;
Lost your cup? Then you will have to pay 0,5 token for a new cup/bottle;
Done? Take your empty cup/bottle to the bar and exchange it for a recycle chip.

This way we will keep Dominator clean together!

Smoking Policy + Vapes

At Dominator it is not allowed to smoke or vape in tents. Your understanding and cooperation with this matter is greatly appreciated, as an organization we can get very high fines when people are smoking in tents.

Please note: there will be no cigarettes and vapes sold at the event.

Minimum age

The minimum age for Dominator is 18 years. This means you need to be 18 years or older at the day of the event. We won’t make any exceptions on this. Make sure you bring a valid ID card. No ID means no entrance!

Lockers

There will be e-lockers available at Dominator. A small locker costs €10,00 ex. fee, a large locker is €13,00 ex. fee, there’s no deposit needed. Buy your locker in presale and save €1,00. The online locker presale is open till Friday July 19th at 05:00 PM CEST. When you have bought your ticket in online presale, you can bring your locker ticket to the locker desk to collect your locker.

What you can(not) bring

We often receive questions about which items you can or cannot bring to Dominator. We’ve summed up the items you most frequently have questions about, check them below.

What you may not take with you:

Liquids
Sharp/hazardous objects
Selfie sticks longer than 1 m.

Car & parking

The address of Dominator is Buivensedreef 10, 5521 RN in Eersel. Parking tickets are available online or at the parking entrance and can be paid with PIN only. Save €5,00 by getting your parking ticket in presale for €20,00 ex fee.

If you are dropped off by a friend, please follow the ‘Kiss & Ride’ signs. If you arrive by taxi, you will be dropped off at the taxi stand. There are no other possibilities in the area to be dropped off or picked up!

Public transport

Be well-prepared for your trip and use the ‘NS Reisplanner’. You can use this tool to find out if (and how) the engineering works will affect your trip. Along the way you can plan your trip using the ‘Reisplanner Xtra’ app or the website www.ns.nl. We recommend to plan your trip back home at this time.

Please note: during Dominator, there are construction works between Breda and Tilburg University in both directions. The last train departs at 00:30 AM CEST from Eindhoven. Replacement transportation is available for passengers, but please note that the journey will take longer as a result.

Shuttle buses

There is a shuttle service between Eindhoven railway station and Dominator. Get your shuttle bus tickets here.

Please note: shuttle bus tickets are only available online.

To/from the festival

On Friday the 19th of July there will be a shuttle service between Eindhoven railway station and the event. This service will be available between 09:00 AM – 07:30 PM CEST and 10:00 PM – 11:00 PM CEST. On Saturday the 20th of July, the first shuttle buses depart at 10:00 AM CEST from Eindhoven station and they will continue driving to and from the event. Make sure to leave on time if you want to catch the last train at Eindhoven Central station! The last shuttle bus runs at 1:30 AM CEST. Shuttle bus tickets to/from the festival are only available in our online presale for €15,00 ex fee.

All orders can be collected on Friday between 01:00 PM and 11:00 PM and Saturday between 11:00 AM and 08:00 PM CEST. Click & Collect orders can be placed online until Saturday at 06:00 PM.

Zero tolerance

At Dominator, we have a zero-tolerance drug policy. This means that all types of soft and hard drugs are not allowed at the event. Products/items resembling drugs will be confiscated and turned over to the police.

Celebrate Safe

During Dominator we celebrate safe. If you have questions about the use of alcohol or other drugs you are more than welcome to chat with one of the Unity people at the Celebrate Safe stand. Unity is a volunteer project in the Dutch party scene. Their volunteers will be more than happy to provide you with objective and open minded advice about alcohol and other drugs.

Not feeling well? Or is somebody around you not feeling well? Please don’t hesitate and go to our first aid. Take care of yourself and each other!

Jewelry & other valuables

It may sometimes occur that jewelry or other valuable personal belongings get stolen during events. Together with our security staff we do everything in our power to prevent this from happening. We advise you to leave your valuable jewelry and other items with (personal) value at home to avoid losing it.

Protect your ears

Hear the Music, Protect your Ears

Please take care of your ears! With music above 87 dB it is smart to use earplugs with a special music filter. With these earplugs you can hear the music perfectly, still have a conversation with your friends and most important of all, you prevent hearing damage and any ringing after the event. In addition, Alpine earplugs are super comfortable. During Dominator Alpine earplugs will be available. Alpine earplugs are reusable, so you can protect your ears not only at Dominator but at other events as well. Life sounds better with Music.

Are you okay?

Unwanted sexual behavior or harassment is not okay and is also not tolerated at festivals.If you think that someone is being sexually harassed, ask the question: are you okay? This way we can make sure everyone has a good time at Dominator! For more info about these situations you can visit benjeoke.nl.

Photo cameras

All sorts of cameras are allowed at Dominator. Bring yours and SPAM the internet! Don’t forget to add the official hashtag #Dominator2024. Selfie sticks are only allowed with a maximum length of 1m.
